Is an item missing from my order?
- If the delivery note indicates that the package should contain an item that is not there, please contact the Customer Service Team at cs@petalstudiojewelry.com within 24/72 hours of receiving your order.
- Please provide us with your order number and the product code or name of the item you requested, and we will investigate.
- We can usually send you the missing item, but in the extraordinary case that this isn't possible, we will promptly refund you the amount you paid for it.
