What are my shipping options?

Shipping and deliveries

• Standard: 1–3 business days, €3.95 ( free for purchases over €89)
• Express: 1–2 business days, €8.95
• Pickup point: 1–3 business days, €3.95 (15 days to pick up, with order + ID)
• Same-day shipping: Order before 6:00 PM and receive it today. After that, the next day (€8.95).

Orders paid after 12:00 p.m. are processed the next business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Due to the high volume of orders during campaign periods, delivery times may be delayed.

How can I track my order?

• You will receive an email with the link and tracking number once shipped.

Where are deliveries made?

• Shipping to all of Europe

• Spain except:

  • Canary Islands

  • Ceuta

  • Melilla

  • Andorra

  • Gibraltar

  • Post Office Boxes
